What is
Bridge Care Australia is a NDIS registered provider with the mission of providing comprehensive care to people with disabilities and going above and beyond to meet their needs and achieve their goals. We believe in caring without borders, and as a result, we are known for supporting those in need while understanding their unique needs.
We focus on boosting participants’ well-being, enhancing and expanding their abilities, and assisting them in living as independently as possible at Bridge Care Australia. We believe that each support makes a difference in a person’s life, so we make certain that it is used appropriately and promotes well-being and independence.
Our staff of certified Support Workers, Registered Nurses, and Social Workers are committed professionals who work with us because they are compassionate and kind, not simply because they are professional. This exceptional group is known as the Care Champions.
We value, respect, and appreciate cultural diversity, and we have bilingual Community Workers on hand to assist individuals who do not speak English.
All of our employees have current DCSI clearances and follow the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission’s guidelines.
